Shallots and garlic are arguably the most popular spices and are almost used as a base for many dishes. In addition to providing a more savory taste, these two spices are often used because of their fragrant aroma when sauteed in cooking oil. Cardamom

The next basic kitchen ingredient is cardamom which is a natural flavoring that is usually found in various Padang cuisines. Clove

The last basic kitchen spice is cloves, which is a native Indonesian spice that is very popular for its properties to give a more delicious aroma and taste to dishes. This kitchen spice is commonly used for soup dishes and is popularly used in Indian and Middle Eastern dishes.
